As the demand for New World wines continues, we have followed the trend and listed many for you to enjoy. We have, of course, not forgotten the Old World and as such there are many wines sourced from well known and trusted growers. Here at Cygnetures, we always know how to pair our wine with a good dish. So ask for reccommendations when ordreing from our menu.

Fleurie has a distinctly floral bouquet of violets and summer fruits and is perhaps the most approachable and elegant of the Beaujolais Crus. Picked from the best vineyard site in this famous village on the hillside below the 'Saint Madone' and made from 100% Gammay grapes which have enjoyed excellent exposure to the sun and are wonderfully ripe at harvest. This very fruity wine exhibits an aroma of wild strawberries. |

The seven hectare Crochet estate includes two hectares of Pinot Noir, mostly planted on the limestone slopes of the prime village of Bué. This vintage produced a pale salmon pink rosé, fresh with a delicate perfumed bouquet, finishing well rounded with exceptional poise. |

Using a traditional blend of Tempranillio and Garnache grapes, this Rose Rioja has been created by blending the delicate salmon-pink must of the grapes during fermentation. Unlike red-rioja, the Rosado is not aged in oak and retains its natural vibrant freshness. This dry style is very popular in Spain for its redcurrant ans strawberry character and fresh balanced palate.

White Châteauneuf remains something of a rarity although this complex and exotic blend of Grenache Blanc, Rousanne and Marsanne offers a serious alternative to white Burgundy. A combination of dried fruits, apricot, peach and honeysuckle create an evocative bouquet, which is followed through on the palate with a rich concentrated finish. |

He consistentley produces wines from his 'vielles vignes' (plots of vines up to 90 years old) that exhibit deep colour, a spicy, meaty, robust character with velvety structure and a powerful finish. The domaine style is elegant yet concentrated for Gevrey with round tannins and ripe, silky fruit. |
